I get it: Leaving the religious, fear, anxious, shame or any other negative thought-feeling programming behind sounds simple, but when it's etched into your nervous system, every win feels fragile.
That's where I come in; as someone who's walked the decade-long shadow post-exit and an additional three years reprogramming, I guide you with empathy and evidence to rewire for good. No judgment, just tools that stick.
I don't do this coaching for the money. I do it because I've been there, shattered by the same chains, and I want to help people who are truly ready to change. That's why I have a structured readiness process: I only work with folks who've shown they're committed to the deep dive.
